Toby probably forgot to give them bathrooms and then decided to make up a silly lore explanation for why not. Those who do  remember this detail will mention it in regards to Toby Fox's follow-up game, the ongoing deltarune. When one of the monsters using the bathroom somehow manages to come up(which isn't TOO hard considering the degenerates of the fanbase), people will mention that monsters don't use the toilet.
